As a Medical Director for Sound Physicians, I lead our emergency medicine practice at Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, Washington. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative environment. We prioritize inclusivity, actively involving our team in decisions that impact the program. Our teamwork culture is strong, with regular check-ins and open communication ensuring we're all on the same page.
Our emergency department is a pioneering force for instituting hospital-wide policy changes, thanks to our collaborative environment and commitment to feedback. We actively contribute to various committees, including the pediatric committee, vulnerable patients committee, and violent restraint workgroup. Our team is dedicated to improving patient care and ensuring we're attentive to those who require our services.
We value and support growth and development in our hospital medicine practice, allowing you to explore new opportunities locally and within the broader medical group. We're a community-minded team, supporting involvement and contributions to community health and wellness in and out of the hospital. Our committees include the Pediatric Committee, Vulnerable Patients Committee, Violent Restraint Workgroup, and ED Committee, with ongoing efforts to join additional committees.
