We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Medical Director to lead our patient care team at Thrive Pet Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our hospital and providing high-quality, compassionate, and convenient care for our patients.

We are a 3-doctor, small animal practice that specializes in providing a wide range of services, including wellness examinations, immunizations, surgery, radiology, dentistry, and in-house laboratory services. As a Veterinary Medical Director, you will have the best of both worlds and will practice medicine in addition to leading the practice. Your duties will include managing the operations of the hospital, being primarily responsible and the authority for community outreach, client relations, staff management, coaching, and development, reviewing medical charts, and monitoring financial data to achieve budget goals.
