Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at St. James Place in Beaver Creek. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and owners, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests and owners, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming phone calls efficiently, offering accurate information and routing them to the right person.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs with precision, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and update reservations via phone and email, keeping everything organized.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Empathetic and caring individuals with a natural talent for anticipating guest needs.
  • Strong communication and poise, ensuring every guest interaction is handled with professionalism, warmth, and care.
  • Resourceful, energetic, and a multitasking pro, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
