Job Description

At The Boldt Company, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager I to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development and implementation, from original concept to final implementation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety, ethics, and compliance requirements at all times.
  • People: Lead architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and other Boldt job staff in resolving issues related to plans, specifications, and field constraints or discrepancies.
  • Quality: Ensure team has a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents, including Boldt's contract, plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Schedule: Lead the Boldt Production System (BPS), including master scheduling, production strategies, make work ready, weekly, and daily planning and production tracking.
  • Cost: Negotiate change orders, manage information on changes in the work, and prepare independent analysis as needed.
  • Risk: Prepare detailed contract items lists, including all significant items required for the construction of the project.

Requirements:

  • Four-year engineering, construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training.
  • Five to seven years of related experience.
  • Previous healthcare construction experience, including OSHPD/HCAI.
  • Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to the subject area.
  • Ability to assume responsibility, interact, and communicate with others.
  • Proficiency in O365 office suite.

The Boldt Company is an equal opportunity employer. The salary range for this position is $127,600 - $168,533 per year. Starting compensation will be based on factors specific to the candidate's level of experience, qualifications, education, and geographical location.
