Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new potential strategic partners who are eager to lead with Nextiva for their customer experience and collaboration requirements.
  • Set clear expectations for the partner's role and outline how Nextiva will provide support.
  • Develop a comprehensive business strategy with strategic partners that details mutually agreed partnership expectations, including promotional strategies for Nextiva products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product, to ensure all necessary support is established to maximize pipeline and revenue.
  • Align closely with the Channel Sales team to ensure that pipeline growth forecasts are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Work across functions to identify partner needs and define measurable solutions.
  • Integrate with both internal and partner teams to represent the partner's voice effectively.
  • Ensure that feedback is communicated back to internal teams while keeping external stakeholders updated on product and business developments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the CCaaS/CX sector is essential.
  • Must reside in the designated territory to operate effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Proven track record in recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining successful strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated success in driving partner business and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of partner economic models.
  • Ability to establish productive working relationships and promote effective teamwork.
  • Successful experience in indirect sales with channel go-to-market strategies.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation offered by Nextiva takes into account various factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications. For this role, the expected salary range is between $140,000 and $280,000, which includes base salary and target sales incentives. Additional benefits include a comprehensive employee benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, and more, along with a 401k plan with company matching.
