Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our Toddler program at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Toddler Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive Toddler program that aligns with the Montessori philosophy and meets the unique needs of our students.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our Toddler teaching staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction and care.
  • Parent Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication, updates, and progress reports.
  • Environment Preparation: Create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized learning environment that promotes independence, exploration, and discovery.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement a curriculum that is tailored to the needs of our Toddler students and aligns with the Montessori method.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Toddlers in a group setting, preferably in a Montessori environment.
  • Certifications: Certified Montessori diploma or willingness to pursue certification through our Prepared Montessorian Institute.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents, and a passion for Montessori education.
