About the Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to promote our wound care services to healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Position Restore First Health as a trusted authority in mobile wound care, educating on our innovative therapeutic approaches and advanced healing techniques.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective marketing and community outreach efforts, including networking, special events, and educational presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the business development and clinical teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative strategies to reach prospective patients and drive leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to promote our services to potential partners and customers.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to support clinical programming and ensure seamless integration of outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, with a focus on relationship and referral management.
  • Strong understanding of the home health industry and wound care market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with experience working in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
