Position Summary:

  • Install various insulation systems including blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam
  • Execute air sealing procedures
  • Perform blower door assessments
  • Complete required documentation
  • Track material usage accurately

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience in construction is advantageous
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
  • Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Background checks and drug testing are required
  • Must have a flexible schedule and physical endurance
