Job Title: Insulation Installer

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team at Home Efficiency Experts Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming residential homes into energy-efficient sanctuaries.

Job Summary:

As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces. You will also conduct blower door tests to evaluate whether buildings are airtight. Your attention to detail and ability to work both indoors and outdoors will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities:
  • Install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems
  • Perform air sealing
  • Conduct blower door tests
  • Complete paperwork for each job
  • Record materials used
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
  • Previous construction experience (preferred)
  • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, ladders, rooftops, and scaffolding
  • Comfort working both indoors and outdoors
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background & Drug Test
  • Flexible schedule
Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly
