Job Summary
As an Energy Surveyor at ERA Energy, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing defects in properties. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to specify remedial work and schedule projects. Your expertise will be essential in specifying, measuring, and ordering materials, equipment, and joinery.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough property inspections to collect information on age, number of floors, building type, and heating and hot water systems.
Note the number and sizes of rooms, corridors, windows, and fireplaces.
Make precise measurements to determine property boundaries and provide data relevant to features of the Earth's surface.

Requirements
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including long walks and navigating rugged terrain.
Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, crouch, and stretch repeatedly.
Ability to lift moderately heavy items like record boxes or personal computers.

Benefits
