Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team at Home Efficiency Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities
  • Install insulation systems in various locations, including walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
  • Perform air sealing to ensure airtight buildings
  • Conduct blower door tests to evaluate building airtightness
  • Complete paperwork and record materials used for each job
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, ladders, rooftops, and scaffolding
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background and drug test
  • Flexible schedule
  • Physical stamina
