Insulation Installer Role

At Home Efficiency Experts, we are dedicated to transforming residential homes into energy-efficient havens. Our mission is to enhance homes' performance by providing top-notch services, including insulation, air sealing, and advanced heating system upgrades, all aimed at reducing energy consumption and minimizing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems
  • Perform air sealing to ensure airtight buildings
  • Conduct blower door tests to evaluate building tightness
  • Accurately record materials used and complete job paperwork
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, ladders, rooftops, and scaffolding
  • Ability to work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background check and drug test
  • Flexible schedule
Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly
