Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Optical Network Engineer to manage design planning, record creation, and capacity fulfillment across the U.S. and Canada.

This role involves collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers to address issues during capacity projects and designing DWDM networks per standards and future growth needs.

The candidate will provide direction in circuit design, review capacity requests, and maintain customer commitments in our database.

Additionally, the role includes supporting field operations, managing workload priorities, and participating in operations-related projects.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work around obstacles to meet deadlines are essential.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of 39-42/hr based on skills and experience, as well as benefits through Insight Global while on contract.
