Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at our Honda Store in Michigan City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure maximum profit potential on internet sales
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects through various channels
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of dealership products and services to meet customer needs
  • Direct customers to product information resources and assist in selecting vehicles
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer psychology to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer database to capture repeat business and maintain customer relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales
  • Establish personal income goals and devise strategies to meet them
  • Attend product and sales training, sales meetings, and maintain a professional appearance
