The Financial Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the finance department, focusing on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage accounts payable, including creating and sending invoices, making payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, collaborating with internal teams.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or administration, preferably in a credit union or financial institution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
