Virtual Teller

Sun Federal Credit Union is hiring a Virtual Teller to join our dynamic team As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless member experiences, promoting our products and services, and driving business growth.

Main Duties:

1. Respond to member inquiries, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
2. Process transactions accurately and securely, adhering to regulatory requirements.
3. Provide personalized recommendations to members, promoting our products and services.
4. Engage with members via video calls, phone, or email to deliver exceptional service.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office and credit union core processing systems.

Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $75,000 per annum based on location and experience.
