Job Overview

Qualis Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency Engineer II to join our team in a key role that requires expertise in test and evaluation, systems integration, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, execute, analyze, and report on test and evaluation activities to ensure program and project success.
  • Prepare, maintain, update, and review test and test-related documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, performance requirements, and mandatory guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radio frequency systems and ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality work products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or other related engineering or computer science discipline.
  • Current Secret level security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret level security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in test and evaluation, systems integration, or technical leadership roles.
