Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation and closure of work orders to ensure efficient production workflows.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Analyze data and run reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
  • Collaborate with Production Leaders to ensure accurate data entry in NetSuite and compliance with FDA, OSHA, and SQF regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure high-quality products.
  • Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist the Production Leader in maintaining the Food Safety Program and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in manufacturing, production, or assembly and packaging experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite/Oracle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices standards.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management and colleagues.
  • Analytical, forecasting, planning, and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime flexibility is required based on departmental needs.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20-21 and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and professional growth.
