Job Overview

Position: Operations & Maintenance Account Manager

Regenis LLC is looking for a dedicated full-time Operations & Maintenance Account Manager. This role is pivotal in managing communication and relationships with O&M Clients across various operational sites.

The O&M Account Manager serves as the main liaison between Regenis and its Clients, focusing on fostering and sustaining strong customer relationships, as well as maintaining effective connections with host sites within the Client's operational fleet. This position requires approximately 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and nurture existing Client relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with all O&M Technical personnel across the assigned sites
  • Engage proactively and professionally with Client and host site personnel
  • Collaborate with O&M Regional Managers to mentor and support O&M Managers and staff
  • Regularly update the Director of O&M on site performance and requirements
  • Identify and implement projects aimed at enhancing site performance and Client satisfaction
  • Facilitate the expansion of Client operations to new sites and locations
  • Coordinate the establishment of business entities for facilities owned by Clients
  • Assist in the recruitment of O&M personnel for Client-owned sites
  • Conduct site visits to assess operations and engage with Regenis staff
  • Participate in Client meetings and site evaluations as necessary
  • Coordinate with Regional O&M managers and Human Resources regarding O&M staff hiring and training
  • Ensure compliance with safety plans, O&M manuals, and environmental regulations
  • Work alongside design and construction teams to meet Client needs
  • Communicate Client and O&M staff requirements to relevant Regenis personnel
  • Organize and participate in interviews and Client feedback sessions
  • Deliver presentations to Clients regarding solutions and services
  • Respond promptly to communications from Clients and colleagues
  • Maintain a consistent work schedule, including availability for nights and weekends
  • Address site challenges in collaboration with the Regional Manager
  • Assume responsibilities of the O&M Regional Manager during their absence
  • Support the Director of O&M in liaising with site teams and Clients
  • Facilitate communication regarding site performance and financial matters
  • Coordinate with accounting staff regarding monthly invoicing and documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams
  • Sales or marketing experience is advantageous
  • Experience managing staff across multiple locations is preferred
  • Relevant certifications as necessary
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with random testing protocols
