NASCAR is seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual to join our team as a Group Sales Account Executive. This role is responsible for driving group sales ticket revenue through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new sales revenue through proactive lead generation and relationship-building
- Maintain a high-volume calling schedule and meet with key decision-makers to assess opportunities
- Renew and enhance existing relationships to maximize client spend and generate repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement new concepts for generating sales revenue streams
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in a sports sales environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
