Job Title: Account Executive - Group Sales

NASCAR is seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual to join our team as a Group Sales Account Executive. This role is responsible for driving group sales ticket revenue through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales revenue through proactive lead generation and relationship-building
  • Maintain a high-volume calling schedule and meet with key decision-makers to assess opportunities
  • Renew and enhance existing relationships to maximize client spend and generate repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement new concepts for generating sales revenue streams
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in a sports sales environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
