Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatment, patient assessment, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of patients and our SNF partners.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Prior experience in hemodialysis or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification (nice-to-have).
