About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with dialysis nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior dialysis experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification a plus.
