About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our team at Roboflow. As the first person to hold this role, you will be responsible for driving our goals for reaching Director+ personas in the world's largest companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate, strategize, and execute campaigns to generate and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop and manage an end-to-end multichannel strategy including paid and organic digital marketing, marketing automation, email marketing tactics, and lead management.
  • Drive the creation of offers, assets, webpages, and content for lead generation and awareness campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales to align campaigns with core industries and improve sales funnel conversion metrics from inbound leads.
  • Own email strategy from product onboarding emails to the weekly newsletter.
  • Track, measure, and report on outcomes from impressions to new customers.
  • Create scalable paid channels to reach our core audiences efficiently.
  • Execute events, sponsorships, and other field marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of general marketing experience.
  • 4+ years of demand generation related experience, preferably in B2B, AI, cloud, and/or developer tools.
  • Deep customer focus and motivated to become an expert on our industry.
  • Sales-aligned, focused on driving leads and revenue from Director+ personas.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and lead management.
  • Project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Drive outcomes with urgency and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to analyze ambiguous situations.
  • Passionate about technology and excited to learn about new products.
What You'll Get
  • A competitive base salary of $140,000 to $165,000.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of three stages: introduction, team interview, and final interview. Each stage will last approximately 30-60 minutes.
