Position Overview
As an integral part of our team, Associates engage in stimulating and high-stakes projects within a collaborative and dynamic work setting. The Brattle Group is recognized for addressing intricate financial, economic, and regulatory challenges for clients globally. Our Associates gain diverse experiences and tailored development opportunities with escalating responsibilities. They play a crucial role in project teams, applying finance, accounting, and economic principles to tackle significant engagements, including litigation, corporate strategy, regulation, and public policy on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Associates are tasked with:

  • Designing research methodologies, overseeing project execution, and mentoring team members while enhancing personal expertise.
  • Gradually taking on more responsibilities in client relationship management and contributing to marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Participating in ongoing formal and informal training and development opportunities to refine skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • An MBA with a background in Finance, Valuation, or Accounting.
  • A solid foundation in quantitative analysis, complemented by relevant work experience in consulting, investment banking, asset management, or auditing.
  • A proven track record of exceptional academic and/or professional achievements.
  • A strong intellectual curiosity and a creative approach to complex finance, valuation, business strategy, and accounting challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities, alongside practical problem-solving skills (proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with statistical software such as Stata or R is advantageous).
  • A talent for articulating complex concepts through written reports and presentations.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit aimed at building personal brand and business while contributing to the firm’s success.
  • A commitment to collaboration and leadership within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The Brattle Group offers a competitive benefits package, including a base salary and performance-based bonus program. The anticipated salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors, including experience and qualifications.
