Position Summary

We are in search of a highly skilled Associate to join our Chicago team, tasked with advising clients on critical strategic challenges related to growth strategies, market dynamics, disruptive innovations, and intellectual property management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic professional committed to maximizing client outcomes while contributing to the firm’s intellectual capital.

The Associate will play a vital role in delivering analytical and quantitative insights for client projects involving major corporations and private equity entities. This position entails collaborating with both Red Chalk Group and client teams to uncover unique and actionable insights that inform client strategies.

The Associate will be responsible for synthesizing findings into clear written communications and presenting conclusions to senior stakeholders.

Compensation

Compensation will be aligned with experience and will be competitive with similar roles in the consulting industry, including a base salary and performance-based bonuses. This position does not require travel.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, preferably with a leading consulting firm.
  • Self-motivated and assertive, with a strong sense of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver specific components of broader client projects.
  • Experience in conducting rigorous quantitative analyses.
