Key Responsibilities

Develops comprehensive training initiatives, including structured classes, digital learning modules, online courses, and self-directed study opportunities for field personnel. Collaborates with subject matter experts to assess the training requirements of the target audience, applying proven instructional design principles to create effective learning materials. Engages with stakeholders to understand business goals and identify opportunities for tailored learning solutions. Crafts intellectually stimulating and engaging educational experiences that utilize various delivery methods, such as instructor-led training, experiential learning, online platforms, and mobile applications. Aids in the organization and execution of training programs; oversees logistical arrangements and timelines. Conducts, when necessary, sessions aimed at training trainers, pilot programs, and leadership development initiatives. Chooses suitable training and performance support components for each solution, including instructor-led sessions, web-based training, virtual instruction, and on-the-job training. Designs and produces educational materials such as training manuals, demonstration models, design templates, multimedia visual aids, storyboards, tutorials, knowledge articles, and reference documents. Clearly communicates project scope, progress, and requirements to all relevant parties. Oversees the creation, delivery, and quality assurance of instructional content that is effective and impactful. Investigates and recommends innovative training approaches tailored to the specific needs of adult learners.

Required Qualifications

Over 5 years of experience with Learning Management Systems and maintaining current knowledge in the field. More than 5 years of experience in Web Design, Multimedia Training Design, and/or Instructional Design. At least 5 years of experience in facilitation. A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering training and designing multimedia learning applications and classroom-based instruction. Over 5 years of relevant industry experience, with insights into the needs of front-line workers. Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Training and Adult Education Theory. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in communication and writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Access, and other software/database applications, including SharePoint. Highly skilled in eLearning and SCORM-compliant web-based development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, Articulate 360, Synthesia, HTML, and audio-visual technology. Experienced in project management methodologies and tools to oversee multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met while managing quality, cost, and timelines.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.

Compensation

Annual salary range of $110,000 to $115,000.
