Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Designer to join the Aquent Studios team, focusing on Adobe's Ecosystem Teams. This role requires a holistic view of user experience, product technology, and business objectives, allowing for innovative solutions that enhance user interactions across various web platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in crafting UI/UX for integrated user journeys and experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with UX/Web Design and development teams across diverse CMS platforms.
  • Design user interfaces that ensure a cohesive and intuitive user journey across Adobe products on A.com.
  • Partner with the Design System team to incorporate new UI patterns into our design library.
  • Maintain high standards of design excellence and contribute to elevating the overall design quality within the organization.
  • Engage actively in our design community.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital design, including roles such as UX designer, UI designer, interaction designer, or product designer.
  • Proficient in end-to-end design processes with strong graphic/UI/visual design capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles.
  • Experience in designing for various platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Familiarity with creating user journeys and components using design systems, component libraries, or UI Kits.
  • Expertise in standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe XD.
  • Solid grasp of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices in design.
  • Basic understanding of front-end web development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Enthusiastic about staying updated on the latest technology and design trends.
