Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Corza Medical. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing new client opportunities within your assigned geographic area, including hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices, and clinics.

You will manage and nurture account relationships to drive expansion and reorders across the full Corza Ophthalmology portfolio. This includes surgical instruments, single-use knives, sutures, and ancillary ophthalmic offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and prioritizing new client opportunities within your assigned geographic area
  • Managing and nurturing account relationships to drive expansion and reorders
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with physicians, nurses, materials management, and administrative personnel within accounts
  • Developing sales strategies to meet plan, grow market share, and expand business within assigned territory
  • Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed all sales objectives
  • Acting as the main point-of-contact with the account, addressing customer complaints in a timely manner, and proactively working to determine solutions to our customers' problems
  • Conducting product evaluations to demonstrate the value of our products
  • Understanding and communicating information regarding marketing programs, product rebates, and discounts
  • Preparing and delivering quotes and sales proposals in a timely manner
  • Continually gathering information on the competitive landscape, prevalent industry trends, and business climate within the territory and sharing it with the company
  • Attending and participating in team sales meetings
  • Utilizing the CRM system to increase targeting efficiencies and provide detailed information on sales calls, in-person visits, sales opportunities, customers, and potential customers
  • Attending trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings as needed
  • Keeping Sales Director informed of territory progress on a regular basis
  • Understanding and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules set forth by Federal, State, and Local governmental authorities
  • Understanding and complying with the Code of Ethics and company policies
  • Understanding and complying with applicable customer policies, HIPAA, and vendor requirements

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, including at least 3 years of medical, preferably ophthalmology, instrument sales
