Territory Sales Manager Opportunity

Koorsen Fire & Security is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Nashville, TN area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our core services and products to attain new business and customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sell and promote Koorsen's list of core services and products to attain new business and customers.
  2. Integration of sales by expanding and growing opportunities amongst internal sales disciplines.
  3. Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer/territory retention and growth.
  4. Perform customer surveys, outside sales calls, cold calls, and the accountability of pipeline activity.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  6. Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.
  7. Open willingness to continual learning.
  8. Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
  9. Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fire protection or fire protection sales required.
  • Dress professionally and maintain a clean vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass drug and background screenings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
