We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our HPR Sales team in the central and eastern USA time zones. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical and commercial aspects of the sales team's pursuit, including yearly margins and order intake for assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of RFP specifications for suppliers and distribute work to sales team members.
  • Organize and manage project virtual teams to work on RFPs, including engineers, supply chain, and external contractors.
  • Set up commercial structures for projects and manage negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company requirements and minimize commercial risk.
  • Develop relationships with customers up to C-level executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience conducting and coordinating large projects with direct customer contact.
  • Supervising installation and commissioning of complex Power Electronics Converters and Distributed Control Systems.
  • Training and educating customers.
  • Calculating budgets and financial figures.
