Universal Banker

At Heartland Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Universal Banker to join our team in the Westerville branch. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting business for the bank through cross-selling and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and cultivate customer relationships through sales initiatives and leverage industry and Heartland Bank-specific product knowledge.
• Execute transactions, including processing customer transactions, initiating and finalizing account operations, and managing consumer product maintenance.
• Oversee and balance the allocated cash supply throughout the workday.
• Maintain and balance the vault cash supply, coordinating cash shipments and deliveries.
• Adhere to sales performance and distinction standards set forth for Universal Bankers.
• Extend prompt greetings to customers, discern their immediate requirements, and navigate branch workflow procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete essential daily, weekly, and monthly reporting obligations.
• Channel potential business prospects to diverse stakeholders within the institution for specialized services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service, retail, and/or cash handling experience.
