Job Summary

Teach ELA to high school students at one of our schools in New Orleans East. Develop lesson plans, deliver individualized student instruction, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure students' mastery of subject matter and process skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize and diversify the delivery of educational services by providing direct assistance to students.
  • Develop lesson plans and deliver individualized student instruction within established curriculum guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to address instructional and/or classroom issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LA Teaching Certification or evidence of eligibility for one.
  • Teaching experience (preferable).

We also offer a competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a strong benefits package, including TRSL and opportunities for professional growth.
