As a Field Service Engineer, you will be stationed in a vibrant area, taking charge of the on-site installation, repair, and calibration of test and measurement equipment and systems. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures by employing established protocols. Utilizing your expertise and troubleshooting capabilities, you will identify effective strategies to resolve issues and reduce customer downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute installations of single or multi-rack systems at client locations
  • Conduct on-site upgrades, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs of Anritsu systems
  • Manage frequent domestic travel with short notice and occasionally for extended durations
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards in all undertakings
  • Contribute to continuous process and product enhancement initiatives
  • Carry out special assignments as directed by management
  • Be prepared for extensive travel, approximately 75% or more
  • Report directly to the Head of Technical Services
