We are actively looking for a Child Transportation Specialist in the Worcester, MA area. This role involves transporting children ranging from infants to 12 years old. The schedule consists of Monday through Friday split shifts, with varying route lengths. Availability is required between 6:30 - 10:30 am and again from 1:30 - 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with Massachusetts state regulations.
  • Successfully pass the Background Record Check (BRC), including CORI, DCF, and Fingerprint assessments.
  • Operate one or more passenger buses accommodating 7 to 20 children.
  • Foster effective and positive communication with families, staff, and colleagues.
  • Supervise children effectively by sight and sound.
  • Ability to lift children weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Maintain a clean drug and alcohol screening record.
  • Possess knowledge of and adhere to regulations regarding car seats and seatbelts for children of various ages.
