We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team at Franklin Fitch. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall health and maintenance of our company's computer systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Server Administration: Perform O365 and server administration tasks in a hybrid environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the server infrastructure, including VSphere, ESXi, and related technologies.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with the help desk team to assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing technical support when needed.
  • Software Distribution: Oversee software distribution, patch management, and endpoint protection to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal IT operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot server-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance locally and between remote sites.
  • Datacenter Health: Monitor datacenter health using preexisting management tools to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Internal Infrastructure: Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers, phone system, and security updates.
  • System Architecture: Analyze system architecture and usage to ensure capacity and performance to meet business needs.
