  • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, adhering to local health department laws and regulations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe, reducing the risk of robbery.
  • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
