Job Overview

At Staff-Up LLC, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our Arlington, TX 76011 team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $19-21 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a comprehensive benefits plan, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. You will be responsible for:

  • SURVEILLANCE CAMERA ASSEMBLY: Assemble surveillance cameras in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Network Routers and Switches: Demonstrate a basic understanding of network routers and switches, including setup and configuration.
  • Technical Documentation: Read, interpret, and follow technical engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to perform final product configuration.
  • Computer Operations: Utilize computers to perform setup operations and verifications of final product.
  • Soldering: Perform soldering in a subassembly operation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of product in configuration area.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate Computer Navigation Skills: Proficiency in using digital tools and software.
  • Digital Multi-Meter Use: Ability to use a digital multi-meter to perform measurements and tests.
  • Basic Reading Skills: Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and self-motivation to ensure quality work.
  • Soldering Skills: Proficiency in soldering techniques.
  • Network Understanding: Basic understanding of network routers and switches.
Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3-5 years of mechanical or computer assembly experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
