Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Production Associate to join our production team. This role involves assembling mechanical parts, products, or subassemblies using various tools and equipment on a production line. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products and equipment following blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and written procedures.
  • Use hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, and drills.
  • Perform soldering in subassembly operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in workstations.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
  • Document and report product defects, rework, or repair tasks based on engineering changes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow directions accurately.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Environment

This position is located in a warehouse setting near moving mechanical parts. Seasonal temperature fluctuations may occur, with fans provided in the summer and heaters provided in the winter.
