- Use hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, and drills.
- Perform soldering in subassembly operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in workstations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Document and report product defects, rework, or repair tasks based on engineering changes.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience and possess basic reading and comprehension skills to follow directions accurately. Proficiency with small hand and power tools is also essential.
This is a warehouse setting near moving mechanical parts, with seasonal temperature fluctuations. The successful candidate must be able to see, speak, walk, hear, stand, sit, and use hands/fingers to handle tools. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and stoop or bend as required.
Our company offers competitive pay rates, with an estimated salary range of $19-$21 per hour.
