Production Team Leader

Regal Staffing Services of Arlington invites applications for a Production Supervisor position at a manufacturing company in the Arlington, TX area.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication among shift management, leads, and team members to address production issues.
- Analyze data to determine resource requirements and meet production schedules.
- Establish daily manufacturing objectives and guide leads and production associates in meeting production requirements.
- Implement and maintain manufacturing processes for producing high-quality products.
- Investigate and close out Corrective Actions within specified timelines.
- Monitor and address scrap and DMRs promptly with detailed root cause analysis and corrective measures.
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate WIP counts.
- Resolve employee concerns and collaborate with HR on personnel matters.
- Maintain compliance with GMPs and adhere to the management hierarchy.
- Collaborate efficiently with other departments.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Be willing to work outside regular hours as needed to meet production requirements and objectives.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
- Experience in smart electronics, particularly microinverters manufacturing, is advantageous.
- Proficient in 5S, continuous improvement, effective time management, and people management skills.
- Basic understanding of supervising direct reports on an assembly line.
- Familiarity with manufacturing terminology including KPIs, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Skilled in conducting corrective actions, problem-solving, and proactive preventive measures.
- Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data-driven analysis.
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Previous experience with industrial manufacturing equipment on the production line.
- Background in electronics manufacturing is desirable.
