Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Field Finance to become a vital part of our expanding finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, accounting, or economics, complemented by strong technical capabilities, a keen sense of curiosity, and the ability to excel in a collaborative team setting.

In this role, you will work closely with site General Managers and Sales Managers to drive business performance at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate strong relationships founded on trust and respect with operational leaders across all levels.
2. Collaborate closely with General Managers and Sales Managers to achieve desired outcomes.
3. Analyze financial data to drive results, focusing on key trends, variance analysis, and the development of financial models for informed decision-making.
4. Support the annual multi-year strategic planning and business planning processes for the portfolio, including year-over-year analysis of Site, Region, and Area level P&Ls.
5. Lead monthly site reporting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and explanations.
6. Enhance productivity by creating automated reporting and forecasting tools.
7. Conduct market research, data mining, and ad-hoc business intelligence projects.
8. Assist with mergers and acquisitions analysis and integration as required.
9. Review and influence capital expenditure plans through business case, payback, and profitability assessments.
10. Conduct customer-level business case and profitability analyses as needed.
11. Drive comprehensive business analysis, understanding, and actions utilizing key performance indicators, including non-financial metrics.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
- 3-6+ years of relevant professional experience is essential.
- Strong analytical abilities (both qualitative and quantitative), with a knack for solving practical problems and enhancing processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly earn respect and build effective working relationships throughout the organization.
- Comfort in a hands-on, highly engaged environment, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic with a proactive approach.
- A natural curiosity coupled with enthusiasm, commitment, servant leadership qualities, and a willingness to challenge conventional practices.
- Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority, particularly in cross-functional, matrixed teams.
- Dedication to providing outstanding support to both internal and external customers.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects) is advantageous; experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights is a plus.
- Estimated travel of 10-20% under normal conditions, although no travel is currently required.
