KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with community members through social media channels, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.

  • Monitor online activity related to our primary social media accounts to ensure brand integrity.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, adhering to organizational etiquette and demonstrating genuine care in all interactions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience with social media platforms.
  • Strong skills in consulting, writing, editing (including multimedia), and presenting.
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and dependable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • At least one year of experience in social media moderation with proficient typing skills.
  • Outstanding written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining organized.
  • Professional representation of the organization in all communications.
  • Willingness to travel for organizational events as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capable of sitting at a workstation for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Normal hearing and vision capabilities.
  • Ability to work a scheduled shift of 9.38 hours.
