- Monitor online activity related to our primary social media accounts to ensure brand integrity.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience with social media platforms.
- Strong skills in consulting, writing, editing (including multimedia), and presenting.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and dependable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- At least one year of experience in social media moderation with proficient typing skills.
- Outstanding written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while remaining organized.
- Professional representation of the organization in all communications.
- Willingness to travel for organizational events as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capable of sitting at a workstation for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Normal hearing and vision capabilities.
- Ability to work a scheduled shift of 9.38 hours.
