Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team located in Newark, DE. This role is perfect for a driven individual with strong writing skills and a passion for social media and graphic design. As part of the marketing team, you will work on a variety of internal communication projects, including employee newsletters, ad hoc projects, and marketing campaigns to help promote our brand. If you have a knack for crafting compelling content and possess experience in platforms like Canva, SharePoint, and HubSpot, this role is for you

Must-Have Skills:

  • Writing: Strong writing skills are critical. You will create compelling content for newsletters, social media posts, and other internal projects.

  • Graphic Design: Experience using Canva to create engaging visuals and marketing materials.

  • Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage and reach target audiences.

  • Create marketing materials such as social media posts, advertisements, and internal communications (e.g., employee newsletters).

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.

  • Assist with ad hoc internal communication projects to support business needs.

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new marketing techniques.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience using HubSpot for email marketing and campaign tracking.

  • Knowledge of SharePoint for organizing and managing internal communication projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay Details: $61.00 to $62.00 per hour
