Position Overview:

The Product Marketing & Pricing Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing and modifying the pricing of Restore's offerings, driving revenue and profitability. This position involves conducting market analysis, identifying trends, leveraging data to formulate effective pricing strategies, and overseeing the implementation of changes across our franchise network.

This role will also assist in launching new products through competitor analysis and pricing strategies, along with promotional initiatives for both national and local sales campaigns, as well as supporting integrated marketing efforts as necessary.

This position is part of our Marketing team and reports to the Product Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies, recommendations, and change management across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to monitor changes in product availability and costs, and work with Operations and Marketing to implement adjustments for franchises and clients.
  • Support national and local promotional strategies to attract new customers while enhancing revenue.
  • Create pricing proposals for new products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and stay informed about competitor pricing and promotions.
  • Present recommendations clearly to senior leadership and team members.
  • Assist with other integrated product marketing projects as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing pricing initiatives, including market research, strategic recommendations, and change management.
  • Experience in marketing teams is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a comfort in handling numerical data and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a capacity to work collaboratively across various teams.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
