Job Title: Customer Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and supported throughout their experience.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring you can effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
