Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Developmental Therapist to join our team at Teamwork Speech Therapy Inc.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and experience working with infants and toddlers. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will provide essential services to children aged 0-3 who require support for developmental delays or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide High-Quality Services: Deliver early intervention services to children, assessing their developmental progress using discipline-specific tools.
- Collaborate with Families: Support parents and caregivers by modeling strategies and providing education to promote their child's unique development.
- Develop Individualized Plans: Set and monitor children's goals according to their Individualized Family Service Plan.
- Work as Part of an Interdisciplinary Team: Collaborate with therapists and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess, Evaluate, and Consult: Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine children's developmental needs.
- Document Progress: Maintain accurate treatment notes and progress reports within the required timeframe.
- Masters in Child Development/Psychology/Special Education: Possess a degree in a related field and relevant experience.
- Travel and Reliability: Be able to travel to multiple worksites and client homes, with reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's License.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, reading, and writing abilities in English.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
