Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at Teamwork Speech Therapy Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality early intervention services to young children and their families in the Oakland, San Leandro, Berkeley, and Hayward Bay area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver early intervention services to children aged 0-3, focusing on enhancing their cognitive, motor, and social-emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for each child.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, informing goal-setting and intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a relevant field, a strong background in child development, and experience working with young children and their families. A valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation are also essential.

Remuneration: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
