Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to provide high-quality services to children and their families in the Oakland, San Leandro, Berkeley, and Hayward Bay area.

About the Job:

This position requires travel to multiple worksites and client homes, with reliable transportation being essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3, identifying and addressing potential developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Support parents and caregivers in promoting their child's unique development through education, modeling strategies, and resource provision.
  • Collaborate with other therapists, case managers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and adjust goals accordingly.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in child development, psychology, or special education. Experience working with diverse populations and a valid California Driver's License are also required.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
