**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Program Coordinator - Public Education Specialist 2 to join our team at the University of California, Riverside. As a key member of our public education unit, you will provide expert support to students, instructors, and staff in the Early Childhood program.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid ECE Teacher Permit and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are required for this position.

**Salary Information**

The estimated salary range for this role is $23.85 - $40.33 per hour, with an expected pay scale of $23.85 - $32.09 per hour based on education, licensure, experience, and other factors.

**Job Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advising students in the Early Childhood program on CTC teacher permit submission;
  • Conducting research and analyzing program content and delivery needs;
  • Preparing detailed reports on program statistics for internal and external audiences;
  • Arranging logistics and ensuring appropriate course materials and technology are available;
  • Providing high-quality customer service to instructors, staff, and educational partners;

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current work authorization;
  • A valid ECE Teacher Permit;
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish;
