Bus Transportation Specialist

At American Senior Communities, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and compassion to our patients. As a Bus Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of our residents to and from appointments and outings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport residents safely and efficiently, utilizing ramps, wheelchair tie-downs, and other equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with facility staff to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Report any accidents or incidents involving the bus.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; or one to three months of experience transporting persons and/or training.
- Valid CDL License for those driving a bus with 15 or more passengers, excluding the driver.
- Customer Service focused and ability to demonstrate core values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
- CNA certification preferred, with opportunity to obtain within six months of employment.
